Two organisation names, and nothing else. Text set inside columns, tables, headers or graphics frequently arrives as fragments or as nothing at all. This is an illustration, not a client file — but it is the single most common failure we find, and it is invisible from the outside.
The problem, stated plainly
Two things stand between a capable person and an interview. Neither is ability.
The mechanical one
At most mid-sized and large employers, an applicant tracking system reads your document into a database before a recruiter opens it. We should be careful about what that means, because a great deal of nonsense is written about it. These systems rarely reject anyone outright — the statistic people quote about that has no credible source, and we won't repeat it.
What happens is quieter. If your text sits inside tables, columns or graphics, much of it is scrambled or dropped on the way in. A document saved as an image can lose your name and phone number entirely. You end up stored, but stored with your evidence missing — unfindable in a recruiter's search, and ranked beneath plainer files.
You are not being rejected. You are not being found.
The human one
Most people write what they were responsible for rather than what changed because they were there. It is modesty, mostly. Anything you have done more than twice stops feeling remarkable to you — which is precisely why you leave it off.
Sit with almost anyone for twenty minutes, ask what actually changed because they held a job, and eventually they will say this probably doesn't count, but — and then describe the strongest line on their resume. Something they built, fixed, saved, sped up or rescued. It never made the page, because it didn't feel like an achievement. It felt like a Tuesday.

Why a studio, not a service
A form can only collect what you already knew to write down.
Somewhere along the way, resume writing became a volume business: a form, a template, a turnaround time. That model is efficient, and it is structurally incapable of the one thing that matters — finding the achievement you had forgotten you had.

The Diagnostic
Where the real work of finding the problem happens. We read the document closely, then open the file the way recruitment software opens it — which routinely turns up text that never survives being read into a database. You receive a written assessment: the extraction test, your positioning, an evidence audit, whether the document matches the roles you are chasing, and exactly what we would change, in order. It is yours to keep and act on whether or not you go further.

Most people do not need all three packages explained. They need to know what is actually wrong. The Diagnostic is two to five hours of work: the extraction test on your own file, your positioning, an evidence audit, and a written rebuild plan. It is credited in full against any project you start within fourteen days — so for a serious applicant it costs nothing, which is the entire reason we charge for it. Five each week, and every project begins with one.

If you are on a deadline. First drafts normally reach you three to four working days after the call. 48-hour delivery is +50%, and 24-hour delivery is +100% and available on the Essential and Signature only. We would rather turn a rush down than hand you something we are not satisfied with.
Founding Clients one to three. Read the finished document, sit with it for forty-eight hours, and pay only if you genuinely believe it is better than what you had. If it is not, keep it, pay nothing, and tell us where we missed. We would rather learn that than take your money.
From the fourth client onward, a 50% advance confirms your slot and the balance is due on delivery. Because every project involves a live call and original writing, slots are limited and held for you alone.
Proof

This is where client work and testimonials will sit. They will be real, they will be published only with written permission, and every before-and-after will be fully anonymised. Nothing here is invented — a studio that fabricates its own reviews has already told you what its documents are worth.

Questions
The things people ask before they start.
How is this different from cheaper resume services?
They begin with a form; we begin with a conversation. A form can only capture what you already knew to write down, and what is missing from most resumes is precisely the thing the person did not think was worth mentioning. That difference is why we take fewer clients and charge more.
Will my resume get past the ATS?
A fair question, and one this industry answers dishonestly. Applicant tracking systems rarely auto-reject anyone — the widely quoted statistic saying otherwise has no research behind it, and we will not repeat it to sell you something. What they do is read your document into a database, and if the text is trapped in tables, columns or graphics, much of it is scrambled or lost. You end up stored but unsearchable, and ranked low. We build every document so that does not happen: single column, real selectable text, standard headings, and keyword alignment with your target roles.
Why do you charge for the Diagnostic when everyone else reviews for free?
Because a free review is a sales tool, and this is not one. A proper diagnostic takes between two and five hours: reading the document closely, running the extraction test on your actual file, working out what your opening lines currently argue, and writing the rebuild plan. Charging for it means we can give it that time, and it means the people who book it are people who intend to act. The fee is credited in full against any project started within a fortnight, so if you are serious it costs you nothing. If you would like a shorter, free read on the main issues first, ask and we will do that instead.
Do you guarantee I will get a job?
No, and be cautious of anyone who does. Hiring depends on vacancies, timing, market and fit — none of which a writer controls. What we guarantee is craft: a document that represents you accurately, reaches the person reading it intact, and is revised until you are confident in it.
How long does it take?
Most first drafts are ready within three to four working days of the discovery call. 48-hour delivery is available at +50%, and 24-hour delivery at +100% on the Essential and Signature. We would rather decline a rush than hand you something we are not satisfied with.
What do you need from me?
Your current document if you have one, one or two target job postings, your LinkedIn URL, and an hour of honest conversation. That is genuinely it.
I do not have much experience. Is this worth it for me?
Often it matters more. When experience is thin, everything depends on how projects, internships, coursework and responsibilities are framed — and that is craft rather than content. Some of the largest improvements happen for people who thought they had nothing to put down.
What if I do not like it?
Two revision rounds are included within ten days, and we intend for you to use them. Our first three Founding Clients pay only if they believe the result is genuinely better than what they had.
Is my information confidential?
Entirely. Nothing you share is published. Portfolio samples appear only with your written permission, and are always fully anonymised.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Calls happen over WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet, and we write to the conventions of the country you are applying to.
